Jade‘s path towards establishing TBS began with building a solid foundation in accounting and finance. She gained extensive experience in tax and compliance for Australian businesses, but instead of pursuing a career with a major corporate accounting firm, she chose to work with private-sector firms to expand her network and establish client relationships on a personal level. Although she enjoyed her work in project finance and management, her passion was to help people, especially entrepreneurs and small businesses. With this in mind, she founded Transparency Business Services (TBS).

Jade‘s interest in business and her exceptional ability to explain accounting concepts to business owners in simple terms make her an ideal fit for serving the needs of private business owners. Her ultimate goal is to make numbers speak to owners so that they can gain insight into their business’s current status and plan for the future. Ngoc Trinh is a highly experienced professional with 8 years in the industry, having worked with prestigious Big Four firms in roles such as administrative officer and executive assistant. She is recognized for her open-mindedness and willingness to learn, which enable her to adapt to various challenges   effectively. Ngoc possesses strong teamwork skills, allowing her to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and clients alike.

Outside of work, Ngoc enjoys playing sports and watching movies, reflecting her commitment to a balanced lifestyle while pursuing professional excellence.

Genie Nguyen is a Management Accountant at TBS with a strong academic background. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the National Economics University in Vietnam and went on to pursue a Master of Science in Business Management from Aston University in the United Kingdom. In addition to her academic achievements, and prior to joining TBS, she worked for a Big Four accounting firm in audit, where she honed her skills in financial reporting and analysis. This experience has given her a unique perspective on the challenges faced by businesses, and she leverages this knowledge to provide strategic insights and guidance to TBS clients. Genie also possesses strong professional communication skills and good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Her experience working in a fast-paced environment has made her quick to adapt to changing circumstances, and she excels at collaborating with diverse teams.

Minh Do is an accounting professional with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Foreign Trade University, Hanoi. With experience at a Big Four company, she has a solid grasp of financial practices and consulting. Minh is fluent in both English and Korean, making her an effective communicator in diverse settings. She excels in public speaking and thrives under pressure, always keeping her eye on strategic planning. Currently, she’s diving into ACCA studies to further enhance her skills. With a passion for learning and growth, Minh is excited to make a positive impact in our company.
